Washing part

Filling Part
Adopt double guide rod bottle lifting structure, make the bottle lifting and aligning stable.
The main transmission adopts gear transmission namely open combination transmission, which has high efficiency, low noise, long life, convenient maintenance and full lubrication. The frequency converter is used to control the speed of the main motor of the machine, and the machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
Capping part
6 sets of magnetic torsion full tooth capping head, when the torque exceeds the adjusted magnetic, capping head will slip automatically, to ensure tightening and not injure the bottle cap.And with a buzzer alarm.No bottle, no filling, no capping.
